This blog is about my life as a photographer, mom and wife here in Lubbock, Texas. You will find many stories about my own family as well as those of my clients.
You will also find a section called 'Photographer Interviews'. I am currently in the middle of a very large project where I am interviewing the other Lubbock photographers. There are some really amazing people so you should definitely browse through them. They have so much to teach and share.

I’ve loved reading all these interviews, Amy-Rose, but I’ve *especially* loved seeing all the photos you’ve taken of the photographers. I’m even more in awe of your versatility and quality than I already was…and that’s saying a lot! =) Keep up the fantastic work!
Wow I loved reading these interviews! I am a hobbyist photographer and have been looking into getting a new lens too and loved reading about what these pros use.. Can I ask what lens you used as well to take the photos at the interviews?

I just finished reading all the interviews, they were so much fun! I look foward to reading more. I usually am a quiet “blog stalker”
but I am really wondering what lens you use for these interviews, especially the close ups, where the eyes have such a beautiful focus. Thank you!
